Our Services
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
The initial appointment will last approximately 60 minutes and include a comprehensive assessment to understand how your current symptoms affect your daily life. We will also review your medical and family history and any past psychiatric care. Following this, we will develop a personalized treatment plan based on your goals.
Medication Management
We will carefully prescribe, monitor, and adjust medications. Our goal is to use the lowest dose and fewest medications possible. Initially, we will meet frequently to provide additional support & monitoring as you adjust to your new medication. We can also assist with tapering off medications that are no longer needed or effective.
Psychotherapy
Brief psychotherapy will be added to medication management to enhance treatment effectiveness and support overall mental well-being. Together, we will work on developing healthy coping strategies, stress management, emotional regulation, and changing negative thought patterns.
Holistic Care
Our holistic care approach incorporates healthy eating, regular exercise, meditation, adequate sleep, and the use of vitamins and supplements. We can order lab tests and genetic testing if needed, and offer in-session prayers upon request.
